1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Wewolta's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Wewolta provides professional auto repair and maintenance services including wheels, transmissions, engines, turbo workshop, and bodywork. All services are subject to availability and our assessment.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are provided upon vehicle inspection.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Liability & Warranties
Wewolta warrants all work performed for 12 months or as per legal requirements. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or third-party modifications after service completion.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds for completed work are subject to our cancellation policy. No refunds for services already rendered unless defective.
6. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for service delivery and communication.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wewolta's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to German law and the jurisdiction of Mönchengladbach courts.
